"From there the desire to open a restaurant. Taste Cafe opened in 2011. Originally located downtown, but since two years ago when the shopping center was opened, I moved here.

"However, to get a place here not pleased, not to mention the many challenges of shopping center management is very picky and cautious in selecting tenants.

"For the food and drink, they wanted something different. They find restaurants and menus that I offer unique and different from others, "he said.

Noor Azlina choose street food (street food) Malaysia by taking inspiration from the diversity of flavors and tastes of his native country.

"I grew up with mamak mee goreng, nasi lemak, rendang, laksa Penang, curry noodles, roti canai, confectionery Malay and do not miss the drop.

"The menu was also that I brought here. Alhamdulillah well received by the local community. In fact, do not be surprised, among the best-selling and most orders here is a cake skullcap. Each time for both runs. I know the British like to eat skullcap, perhaps because of the delicious coconut core.

"Indeed, every meal here I cook to taste that I want to eat. As far as possible I will maintain the original flavor and use the same materials in Malaysia although some scarce.

"The locals eat here and experience the uniqueness of our food will definitely ask about the food they eat.
