Horrifying footage shows male nurse hitting and kicking a female patient:

China – A disturbing footage circulated May 10, shows a male hospital staff viciously kicking and hitting a female patient in a hospital.

The incident that reportedly took place in Linli, southern China occurred as the female patient had been continuously knocking at the door to ask for some drinking water, Huanqiu reports.

The 44-second-video shows the male nurse rushing out of the room and brutally kicking and hitting the woman, violently pushing her against the wall.

At one point he throws her to the floor while people in the corridor can only watch his brutal act.

As she tries to get back up, he repeatedly slaps her face and her head.

The Chinese media reports that the woman had a mental illness and suffered from seizures. She also previously verbally abused staff in the past.

The woman received treatment at the hospital after the incident and is reported to be in a stable condition.

Meanwhile, the hospital has released a statement saying that the nurse was a temporary staff member of the hospital and has since been removed from his post.
